I am passionate about helping women navigate the unique challenges and incredible opportunities that come after menopause. As a certified health coach, my focus is on supporting postmenopausal women to reclaim their health and vitality—especially after the rollercoaster years of perimenopause, when so many of us feel we’ve lost our sense of physical balance and emotional wellness.
For too long, society has minimised the very real changes that occur during this time. I believe that, far from being the end of something, menopause is the beginning of a new and rewarding journey. Weight gain during and after perimenopause is common—and frustrating. But it’s not inevitable, and it certainly isn’t a personal failing. Hormonal shifts, disrupted sleep, changing metabolism, and stress can all play a role. My approach focuses on sustainable, healthy habits and nourishing your body—not deprivation, diets, or unrealistic expectations.
I’ll help you understand the science behind postmenopausal weight changes and empower you with practical strategies for meal planning, portion awareness, and intuitive eating. My aim is to guide you away from guilt and self-criticism, and instead help you develop a positive, compassionate relationship with food and your body.
We’ll celebrate progress together, no matter how small, and I’ll be there to support you through setbacks and successes alike.
Exercise isn’t just about burning calories—it’s about building strength, increasing energy, supporting bone health, and boosting mood. Many women find that the activities they enjoyed in their 20s and 30s become less appealing or practical as their bodies change. That’s okay! My coaching is all about discovering what you enjoy.
Together, we’ll explore different ways to move, from gentle yoga and walking to resistance training, swimming, or dancing—whatever lights you up. I’ll help you set realistic goals, track your progress, and learn how to listen to your body’s cues. I integrate simple mindfulness tools into every aspect of my coaching: breathwork, meditation, mindful eating, and gentle self-reflection. These practices are proven to lower stress, support healthy choices, and nurture emotional resilience. Even a few minutes a day can make a profound difference in your outlook and overall wellbeing.
Mindfulness isn’t about perfection—it’s about being kind to yourself, letting go of negative self-talk, and embracing each day with curiosity and compassion.
