So who am I and what qualifies me to help you?
I entered Post Menopause about 3 years ago and the reason I know this is because I started to experience big changes that I'd not experienced earlier. Weight gain, thinning hair, brain fog, extreme fatigue to name a few. I never really suffered with the usual Perimenopause symptoms so I assumed I'd gotten away with it. Boy was I wrong! Now around the same time as this we had a family tragedy which completely changed my outlook on life and I realised that I just wasn't fulfilling my true potential. This was when I decided to retrain to become a Health Coach. Specifically, I wanted to help women understand their menopause from a biological perspective.
In other words I wanted them to really understand what's happening inside and why. More importantly I wanted them to understand how they themselves can help to overcome or manage those debilitating symptoms naturally.
However, sometimes nature needs a hand so I discuss those options too!
So this is how Let's Do Menopause and Beyond came about! And because every woman's menopause is different I don't prescribe any kind of one size fits all solution. It really is as individual as you are. We'll look at nutrition or exercise and movement if that's your sticking point or we'll talk about getting that vitality back or even reinventing yourself.
Whatever the problem we'll tackle it together.

A menopause health coach provides personalised, non-medical guidance and support to women navigating the physical, emotional, and psychological changes of perimenopause and menopause. They act as a trusted partner and educator, helping clients understand what is happening in their bodies and empowering them to make sustainable lifestyle changes to manage symptoms and improve overall well-being.

Coaching sessions with Let's Do Menopause and Beyond typically last 60 minutes, depending on your needs and preferences. I can also work with you to create a customised coaching plan that includes shorter or longer sessions, depending on your schedule and goals.
The initial session will be longer because we will be discussing your health history.
Health Coaching in the UK is typically charged between £45 and £60 per hour but it's not unusual for more experienced coaches to charge up to £200 per hour.
My hourly rate is £60 and I charge this because even though I only qualified two years ago I have actually been coaching people for many years. So you're in pretty safe hands!
Of course you can! But the fact that you're here suggests you may be struggling to keep motivated and that's what a coach is for. Believe me I know how hard it is to keep going especially on your own. And sometimes in life you just need someone in your corner who believes in you, understands you and cheers you on.
